Step 1 Enroll in AVONEX Online
By signing up with AVONEX Online you'll have access to all AVONEX services, including reimbursement assistance and a free AVONEX eNewsletter.
Once enrolled, you'll be contacted by your personal AVONEX Patient Services Coordinator-someone who is knowledgeable about MS and AVONEX. They can help you start on AVONEX and give you guidance to fight MS without fighting your daily routine. From reimbursement assistance to injection training, your AVONEX Patient Services Coordinator will be there with you each step of the way.
Step 2 Complete the AVONEX Start-Up Form
For patients new to AVONEX therapy, work with your doctor during your next visit to fill out the AVONEX Start-Up Form. This form completes your enrollment in AVONEX Services and enables us to help you with reimbursement assistance, injection training, and more.

Step 3 Work with Your AVONEX Patient Services Representative
To help you, your AVONEX Patient Services Coordinator will research your insurance coverage for AVONEX, assist with insurance prior-authorization, provide information on financial assistance options if needed, and arrange the most convenient way for you to receive AVONEX. You may be able to have AVONEX delivered right to your home.
Step 4 Take Advantage of All AVONEX Services
AVONEX.com offers to help you better manage your MS and your MS treatment. Be sure to check out:
AVONEX eNewsletter: Receive email updates featuring information on all aspects of living with MS, the latest MS information and research, and more.
AVONEX Nurse Services: Receive at home personal injection training, advice, answers to your questions, assistance in overcoming your concerns, tips for managing common side effects, and valuable phone counseling.
MS Educational Programs: Attend an AVONEX live event, held in locations across the country, and hear from neurologists, MS specialists, and other people living with MS
Online Mentor Program: Connect with and learn from others who share a similar MS experience. You can also help empower somebody else by becoming a mentor yourself.
MS Resource Center: Knowledge is power. The more you know about your MS, the more empowered you'll be to use AVONEX to manage it effectively.
Step 5 Enroll in AVONEX Therapy Support
As you continue AVONEX, you have access to a free, personalized program that will help you get the most out of treatment. If you take advantage of AVONEX Therapy Support, you'll work with a Therapy Support Coordinator who can help you find and use a wide variety of valuable resources. If you are taking AVONEX and are not enrolled in AVONEX Therapy Support, talk to your Patient Services Representative to enroll today.
