You can access this support online, by phone, and by regular mail. Services include:

  • Free, unlimited phone counseling
    An ActiveSource™ coordinator will answer your questions about relapsing MS, AVONEX, and AVONEX PEN®, our prefilled autoinjector.
  • Free access to ActiveSupport online
    Once you start taking AVONEX, you can register to create a customized support center, including four coaching modules, a goal-tracking program, MS management tools, and more.
  • Free, personalized information
    Based on the concerns you've mentioned to your ActiveSource coordinator, you'll receive free mailings full of advice and tips on how to manage your MS.
